Litjob facts

Litjob is an AI job application assistant for job seekers worldwide who want a tailored CV and cover letter for every application, without mass-applying. It finds jobs that match your CV, tailors your CV and cover letter for each one, and helps you apply on the web, with a Chrome extension or on WhatsApp. You approve every application.

The name is written Litjob (one word, capital L only). Website: getlitjob.com.

• Finds jobs that match your CV and preferences, from public job sources, and shows a match score for each.
• Tailors your CV and cover letter for a specific job, using only your real experience, and scores the result with a Review step before you send it.
• Fills in application forms in your own browser with the Litjob Chrome extension on LinkedIn Jobs (Easy Apply), Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Taleo, Indeed, and drafts answers to the form's questions for you to edit.
• Works on WhatsApp: send any job link or post and get a tailored CV back in the chat, plus daily job matches (with Pro, or while you have credits).
• Tracks your applications in one place.

• It does not submit applications for you, and it never applies in bulk. You check every application and click Submit yourself.
• It never asks for or stores your LinkedIn password, or your password for any job site. The extension works in your own signed-in browser.
• It does not bypass CAPTCHAs, logins or other site protections.
• It never fills in or drafts answers to optional equal-opportunity questions (such as gender, ethnicity or disability).
• It is not a recruitment agency. It does not place people in jobs or act for employers.
• It is not affiliated with LinkedIn, Workday, Greenhouse or any other job site it works on.
• It does not guarantee interviews or that a CV passes every applicant tracking system (ATS); no tool can.
