1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Litjob Inc. ("Litjob", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, accessing our web application, installing our Chrome extension, or interacting with our WhatsApp AI agent, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use Litjob.

2. Description of Litjob AI Agent Services

Litjob operates as an AI career assistance platform providing job discovery, compatibility scoring, application document tailoring, and application tracking services through a roster of specialized agents:

  • Scout & Match: Job posting aggregation and profile compatibility scoring.
  • Tailor & Review: AI generation of job-specific resumes, cover letters, and application form responses.
  • Apply & Follow: Assisted autofill on supported job portals and follow-up application status tracking.
  • Chat (WhatsApp): Mobile job notification alerts and conversation-driven job actions.

3. Ethical AI & Platform Security Rules

To protect both job seekers and employer job platforms, Litjob operates strictly within legal and ethical boundaries:

🛡️ Non-Negotiable Platform Operational Rules

  • No Password Requesting: Litjob will never ask for or store your third-party account passwords (including LinkedIn, Workday, or Greenhouse).
  • No Anti-Bot Bypassing: Litjob does not bypass CAPTCHA, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), access controls, paywalls, or security protections.
  • Browser Session Operation: The Chrome extension operates inside your authenticated browser session with full user visibility.
  • Human Review Required: Users are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated CVs, cover letters, and application answers prior to final submission.

4. Subscriptions, Passes & Bachs Billing

Litjob offers a Free Tier, Litjob Pro, and one-time AI credit packs. Payments are processed securely through Bachs in NGN or USD.

  • Litjob Pro: Activates monthly AI credits, WhatsApp assistant message allowance, opt-in proactive job digests, and Interview practice access for the paid billing period. Interview practice uses 2 AI credits per prep session.
  • WhatsApp opt-out: You can reply STOP on WhatsApp to pause proactive Litjob messages, reply START to resume, or disconnect WhatsApp in the app.
  • Renewals & Cancellations: You may cancel pass renewals or update billing preferences at any time in your Billing Settings.
  • Evidence of Application: Litjob will only record an application as submitted when reliable evidence or explicit user confirmation is received.

5. User Responsibilities & Accuracy

You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date resume and profile information. You agree not to use Litjob for fraudulent job submissions, false credentials, spamming employer career portals, or violating third-party platform terms.

6. Limitation of Liability & Career Warranties

While Litjob significantly increases application speed and tailoring quality, we do not guarantee job offers, interview invites, or hiring decisions, as those remain under the sole discretion of employers. Litjob is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
