No. Litjob fills in application forms in your browser, and you check and submit each one. Employers see applications written for their job, and you never send something you haven’t read.
Is mass applying a good idea?
It depends on the market. Sending many untailored applications can lower your response rate, and some job sites limit automated applying. A smaller number of tailored applications is often a better use of your time.
